How are donations used?
 
Donations are used to facilitate purpose-driven NIL commitments to Butler University Student Athletes that positively impact our community.
 
How are donations awarded?
 
All unrestricted donations will be allocated to support Butler Men’s Basketball Student Athletes. However, all Butler Student Athletes are eligible for NIL commitments and donors may specify funds to be allocated to specific sports.
 
Are all sports and their Student Athletes
eligible to participate?
 
Yes.  While all unrestricted donations will be utilized to support Men’s Basketball Student Athletes,  donors may also direct funds to support other specific sports.
 
Is my donation tax deductible?
 
AGD has been approved for tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) and for classification as a public charity under Code Sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).
 
Is All Good Dawgs, Inc. affiliated
with Butler University?

 
No.  AGD is a separate organization formed as a Code Section 501 (c) (3) organization to support Butler University student athletes and nonprofit organizations.
“All Good Dawgs, Inc. is a Code Section 501(c)(3) organization.  Contributions to All Good Dawgs, Inc. are tax deductible as charitable contributions.”
